Manitoba Securities Commission Staff allege market manipulation
against two Winnipeg residents

Winnipeg, MB (September 4, 2014) – Staff of The Manitoba Securities Commission (MSC) has issued a notice of hearing and statement of allegations against two Winnipeg residents, Janice Thoroski and Clair Calvert, alleging both individuals engaged in market manipulation of Benton Resources Corp. (TSXV: BTC) shares. Staff of the MSC is seeking to have Thoroski and Calvert cease traded and prohibited from acting as a director or officer of an issuer. Neither party has been registered under The Securities Act of Manitoba.
